Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or product returns once the item has been delivered and/or used.


No Returns After Use

  • Products once used or installed are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Only repair or replacement (as per warranty) will be considered in specific cases.

When Can You Request Replacement?

  • Within 5 days of delivery.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and remains unused.
  • Send a complaint with clear photos/videos via WhatsApp or email for review.

Customer Bears Delivery Charges

  • If a replacement is approved, the shipping cost for sending the replacement item will be paid by the customer.

No Refund in These Cases

  • Product used, installed, or physically damaged.
  • Customer unable to provide invoice.
  • Product modified or mishandled.
