Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or product returns once the item has been delivered and/or used.
No Returns After Use
- Products once used or installed are not eligible for return or refund.
- Only repair or replacement (as per warranty) will be considered in specific cases.
When Can You Request Replacement?
- Within 5 days of delivery.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and remains unused.
- Send a complaint with clear photos/videos via WhatsApp or email for review.
Customer Bears Delivery Charges
- If a replacement is approved, the shipping cost for sending the replacement item will be paid by the customer.
No Refund in These Cases
- Product used, installed, or physically damaged.
- Customer unable to provide invoice.
- Product modified or mishandled.
