At ElectronStop, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our products are carefully tested and sourced to ensure quality, durability, and performance. To give you peace of mind, we offer a limited warranty on selected products under the following terms and conditions.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty policy covers the following:
- Hardware Issues: Any technical or hardware malfunction (not caused by misuse) during the warranty period.
- Repair or Replacement: Product will be either repaired or replaced depending on the availability and condition.
- If the same product is discontinued or unavailable, we will provide a similar alternative model with equal or better specifications.
- Warranty Duration: Varies by product and will be mentioned on the product page or invoice (usually up to 1 year).
- Replacement Window: Product replacement is possible within 5 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in original condition.
Important Conditions
- Invoice Required: Warranty starts from the purchase date mentioned on your invoice. Claims without invoice will not be entertained.
- Inspection Time: Faulty units are inspected within 1 hour. Final decision will be taken by our chief technician/management team after reviewing the item.
- Service Timeframe: After complaint registration, our team will respond and coordinate within 24 hours (Karachi only).
- Installation Service: Installation of CCTV and related products is provided only in Karachi.
⚠️ Installation charges are paid directly to the technician/labour team and are not included in the product price. - Password/Software Settings: It is the customer’s responsibility to remember or maintain password/security configurations. Warranty does not cover issues caused by user error or forgotten passwords.
Warranty Will Not Be Applicable In Case Of:
- Burn damage due to electrical surge, voltage mismatch, or incorrect power supply.
- Physical damage such as cracks, water ingress, dents, or broken ports caused by misuse, drops, or accidents.
- Tampering or Unauthorized Repairs: If a product is opened or altered by anyone other than ElectronStop’s team.
- Product Used or Modified: Any product that shows signs of usage (scratches, wear, broken seals) will not be eligible for replacement or return.
- Refund/Return is not allowed once the product is used or installed. Only warranty repair (if applicable) is offered.
Payment Policy:
- Orders below PKR 10,000: Require 100% advance payment.
- Orders above PKR 10,000: Require 60% advance and remaining 40% on delivery.
Final Notes:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- All claims are subject to technical evaluation by our expert team.
- Warranty terms are subject to change at ElectronStop’s discretion.
