Yes, we deliver nationwide through reliable courier partners like TCS, Postex and Call Courier.

How long does delivery take?

  • Karachi: 1–2 working days
  • Other Cities: 2–5 working days

Who pays the delivery charges?

All delivery charges, including replacement shipping, are paid by the customer.

Can I return my product after use?

No, returns are not allowed once the product has been used or installed.

Is replacement available?

Yes, online replacement is available within 5 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and has valid proof of purchase.

Do I need to pay delivery charges for replacement?

Yes, courier charges for replacements are paid by the customer.

Do you offer refunds?

No, refunds are not available. Only warranty repair or replacement (as per policy) is offered.

What is the warranty period for products?

Selected products include a 1-year warranty (excluding burn, breakage, or misuse). Warranty details are mentioned on product pages

How can I claim warranty?

You must provide the original invoice and register a complaint via call, WhatsApp, or email. Our team will guide you.

Is installation covered under warranty?

No, installation charges are separate and paid directly to the technician. Warranty only covers hardware faults.

Burn damage due to electrical issues
Physical damage, water damage, or mishandling
Forgotten passwords or user misconfigurations
Unauthorized repairs or tampering

What payment methods do you accept?

Direct Bank Transfer (details shared after order confirmation)
Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected orders (Karachi only, conditions apply)

Do I need to pay in advance?

Orders under PKR 10,000: 100% advance
Orders above PKR 10,000: 60% advance, 40% on delivery

Do you provide installation services?

Yes, installation services are available only in Karachi by our professional team.

How much are installation charges?

Installation charges are separate and depend on the package and site requirements. Charges are paid directly to the technician/labour.

Can you set up mobile view for cameras?

Yes, our team will configure DVR/NVR and mobile app access during installation.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once dispatched, we will share the tracking number of the courier service.

What happens if my product is discontinued?

If a product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal or better specifications.

How quickly do you respond to complaints?
